Fee and Cancellation Policy for Professional Development Courses

The Center's goal is to support your participation in training that fits your interest and availability. If you are unable to attend a session for which you have registered, please contact our office at 426-1709 to reschedule or transfer your registration.

If you must cancel your registration, our cancellation policy is:

Cancellations made two (2) business days prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel less than two (2) business days prior to the course, you are responsible for the full fee, which you may apply toward another course held within six months.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person or course with no additional fee by calling 426-1709.
