This interactive workshop will assist you in mitigating risk due to employee misconduct or poor judgment. Activities will assist you in drafting appropriate employment policies and creating a culture that encourages reporting and investigating allegations of misconduct.
Participants will increase their workplace investigation skill set (problems solved, insights, and new abilities).
