The Project Management Certificate requires the completion of four core courses to be taken within a three-year period of time. Finish this certificate and emerge qualified for an entry level Project Management position.
You may also sit for the CAPM Exam, an entry level professional certificate through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This course introduces the fundamentals of project management for project planning and organization. There will be extensive use of examples and hands-on application of these project management principles. Participants work on several case studies and relate best practices to their projects.

This course is based upon a set of integrated tools developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to select, define, plan, organize, schedule, implement and control project scope, organization, cost, time, quality, risk, communication and integration. PMI's Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is the entry level certification for project managers. This is designed for individuals that have little or no experience in Project Management. It is taken to show proficiency with knowledge, terminology and processes described for effective project management.
Requirement: Laptop computer with Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
