PBS TeacherLine

PBS TeacherLine is a premier provider of high quality online graduate-level courses for educators. Their more than 130 top-quality courses span the entire curriculum: Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Instructional Technology, Instructional Strategies, and Science.

Workshops/Institutes/Academies/Seminars

There are many other professional development opportunities for Idaho teachers where credits for both recertification and salary increases are awarded.

Environmental Education

Boise State University has partnered with organizations such as Project Learning Tree, Project WILD and Project WET, and the National Park Service to offer credit for workshops geared toward increasing students' knowledge of our natural environment.

Conferences

Often times, participation in education-related conferences will have a credit option for attendees. Both full attendance and completion of a post-conference assignment is required in order to receive the professional education credit. Registration for the conference portion is done separately.
