The Virtual Classroom Project workshop is a course designed to enable
K-12 instructors to create and maintain their own classroom websites in order to enhance the classroom experience both for them and their students. The course is a "hands-on" workshop where every participant creates their own website and walks away with a functional, professional-looking virtual classroom that they can immediately start using.

Participants will build their websites using Google Sites, a free webhosting service offered by Google to all account holders. In addition to learning how to create and maintain a Google Site, course participants will also be taught how to use Google Apps, Google Docs, and Google Drive in order to share documents and use special features within their virtual classrooms.
