In 1947, Boise Junior College partnered with Mountain Home Air Force Base to provide airmen the opportunity to attend "night school". Boise State began our partnership with the Idaho National Guard and the Navy and Marine Reserve units at Gowen Field 27 years ago.
Boise State has signed the Department of Defense (DoD) Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). We look forward to continuing our support of all students utilizing DoD tuition assistance.
Our highly valued relationships with the local military communities continue today and we are committed to strengthening them for the future. Boise State provides ALL active-duty, National Guard and Reserve service members, their families, and DOD civilians with accessible and relevant educational opportunities.
Boise State's Division of Extended Studies is here to support the men and women of the United States Military Services, their families, and the Department of Defense civilians who serve our nation.
Current service members may use their Service's Tuition Assistance program. Contact your local Education Services Officer (ESO) for details.
Visit Extended Studies to find other degree programs, certificate programs, and customized professional development educational opportunities that are also available to you today.
