Admission, Advising and Registration for Twin Falls Classes

 

Admission

The first step to becoming a student at Boise State University is to apply for admission.

Students enrolling in the Twin Falls Boise State Program should follow these procedures:

  1. Download admissions application (PDF)
  2. Return completed application to Twin Falls Coordinator
  3. Pay $50 application fee. (Either attach a check to application form or pay online with a credit card on my.BoiseState.edu after you are admitted.)
  4. Have colleges and universities that you have attended previously send official transcripts to:

    Boise State University Coordinator
    College of Southern Idaho Campus
    P.O. Box 1238
    Twin Falls, ID 83303-1238

Advising Matters!

Advising

Advising is available by dropping by the Twin Falls Program office at the College of Southern Idaho campus, Taylor Building, Room 202.

Registration

Once you are admitted to Boise State and have received a registration appointment, you are ready to register.
Online registration and instructions are available at my.BoiseState.

You may register for classes in these ways:

  • Online by visiting my.BoiseState
  • At the Twin Falls campus site
  • At any Boise State campus computer lab
  • At the Extended Studies office, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, 220 E. Parkcenter Blvd., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Once you are admitted, your Student Account will be available to you on my.BoiseState. This is where you will find your student account detail including due dates and amounts due. Be sure to access your student account as soon as you register and often during the semester.

You will also receive a student email account; please check this regularly as important university information will be communicated via email.


Orientation

If you intend to take Boise State courses in Twin Falls, the site coordinator will want to meet and familiarize you with the services and staff available on-site in Twin Falls. Rather than sign up for a Boise main campus orientation program, please contact Shari Stroud at 208-736-2161 or sstroud@boisestate.edu and she will customize an orientation that is helpful and relevant to you.
